Head of Growth
Lead the entire growth strategy for MF and its partners. Managing ads, funnels, automations and growth team.
- 3+ years in growth marketing / performance
- Experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads
- Ability to manage multiple projects
- Data-driven mindset
- Fluent in Portuguese and English
Dev / Tech Lead
Responsible for technical infrastructure: dashboards, API integrations, automations, and internal tools.
- Experience with Next.js, React, TypeScript
- Knowledge of PostgreSQL and REST APIs
- Familiarity with AI/LLMs is a plus
- Ability to work autonomously
- Remote, flexible
